Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: Upon publication.

This policy governs use of the Mahj Muddle platform. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

You may not:

Cheat or manipulate

• Submit false scores.
• Submit false no-show reports against other players.
• Coordinate with other players to manipulate league standings or

prize outcomes.

• Use multiple accounts to evade enforcement, inflate participation

counts, or manipulate leaderboards.

Harm others

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk other players or

Operators.

• Discriminate against other users on the basis of race, gender,

religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.

• Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or

threatening.

• Share another person's private information without their

permission.

Misuse the platform

• Scrape, copy, or extract data beyond what the Service explicitly

permits.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for

vulnerabilities outside of any official bug bounty program.

• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service

except as explicitly permitted.

• Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or rate

limiting.

• Send spam or unsolicited communications.

Engage in illegal activity

• Use the Service to violate applicable laws, including but not

limited to laws governing prize money, gambling, or charitable gaming.

• Use the Service to launder money, evade taxes, or commit fraud.
• Use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property

rights.

Enforcement

If we receive a credible report of a violation, we may:

• Investigate by reviewing your activity on the platform.
• Contact you for an explanation.
• Suspend your account during the investigation.
• Terminate your account if a violation is confirmed.
• Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

We may take any of these actions without notice when we believe immediate action is necessary to protect other users or the integrity of the Service.

If you believe another user is violating this policy, contact your Muddle's Operator (for issues within your Muddle) or support@mahjmuddle.com (for platform-wide issues).
