Copyright Policy and DMCA Procedure

Effective: Upon publication.

LUCL Holdings LLC, the owner and operator of the Mahj Muddle service ("Mahj Muddle"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Mahj Muddle infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Send your notice to:

Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or

their authorized representative.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been

infringed.

  1. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing

and information sufficient to locate it (URL or specific description).

  1. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
  2. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed

use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  1. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in

the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its

location before removal.

  1. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith

belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you

consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or in Gregg County, Texas if outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

Repeat infringers

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentations

Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
